Cancellation & Returns

Dispatch times are as follows:

In stock: 24 to 72 hours.

Available in our central warehouses: 7 days. Usually dispatched within one week.

Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region. All items purchases from PEONICA are delivered by using a recognized international courier companies.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s).

The product must not have been used.


The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.


Returns and exchanges must be made through our E-shop. You should return your items to.



You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund.

If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see “Returns and exchanges”).

You may also contact our Customer Service Helpline to cancel your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
